Restaurant & Reservations Policy
• A credit card authentication of $30 per person is required for all groups dining in the restaurant. Funds will not be frozen or shadowed at the time of booking.
• Bookings of 8+ are required to dine on one of our Taste menus. All guests in the group are required to participate in the same menu.
• Your table will be held for 15 minutes past your booking time, after which we will do our best to accommodate your booking. If you are running late, please call us on (07) 3186 6655.
• We charge a cakeage fee of $5 per person. Please let us know in advance if you intend to bring a cake.
• Please be advised for groups of 8 or more, we kindly ask that you consider, at your option, providing a customary 10% gratuity which is applied to the final bill Monday-Saturday.
• Specific seating requests will be taken into consideration but are not guaranteed.
Restaurant Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations or amendments to guest numbers are required no less than 24 hours before the time of booking. If request is not received, a fee of $30 per person may apply.
• If guest numbers decrease and we are not notified within three hours of your booking time, full food and beverage cost may incur.
• Bookings made in the restaurant requesting to move to Babylon Gardens on the date of booking are counted as a cancellation and a cancellation fee will apply.
• Cancellations and amendments are required in writing to info@babylonbrisbane.com.au . This applies to not adhering to the notice policy for a reduction of guests, or cancelling your booking. No shows and change of date will be treated under the same policy.
Babylon Gardens Reservation Policy
• Bookings of 6-25 guests can be made online via the booking widget.
• Groups of 25+ may require a minimum spend or deposit.
• Specific seating requests will be taken into consideration but are not guaranteed. All bookings will be allocated by management on the day of the booking and will be allocated based on availability.
• Babylon Gardens is a predominately outdoor venue with limited wet weather options. In the event of wet weather, where possible, we will accommodate the booking in a covered area however this may reduce the size of the space allocated.
• Your table will be held for 15 minutes past your booking time, after which we will do our best to accommodate your group.

Entry requirements
• Due to the venue being a licensed bar, no minor is permitted to enter without being accompanied by a legal guardian
• Children are welcome to dine with us, however we do not provide high chairs or have a children’s menu
• Walk-ins are welcome
• A surcharge of 10% on Sundays and 15% on public holidays applies.
Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and available only for food and drink to be consumed at the venue. Valid at Babylon only. No special drink prices are valid. This voucher is not valid on Fridays, New Years Eve, Public Holidays or for functions. Not redeemable for cash.
